How secure is the Synchronizer for SuperOffice?
The Synchronizer has been audited by professional security companies to ensure a safe synchronization. Audits will be done on a regular basis to ensure security & privacy for all our customers.

As we use Microsoft Azure, we are guaranteed a very secure platform, as Microsoft is currently the only Cloud provider which has adopted the ISO 27018 Privacy Standard.
What will happen if I delete an appointment from my phone?
This appointment will also be deleted from your SuperOffice calendar. Because we don’t store the contents of the appointments, we are unable to restore any deleted appointments.

Do I need to be logged in for the Synchronizer to work?
No, this is not necessary.

The Synchronizer is a cloud-based service, which talks to both SuperOffice CRM Online and your calendar system (Exchange / Office 365 / Google) over the internet. We use the credentials you have filled in during the activation to be able to communicate with both systems.

So even at night when you are asleep, the Synchronizer still checks for new appointments / tasks / contacts to sync. In other words, it's a true "set-and-forget" setup.
