Refund Policy
TRIAL LICENSE
After signing up you get a limited Nebula DataBridge license. The free trial is valid for 30 days because we want you to test Nebula DataBridge in your own business environment and get to know our product well before you make your decision about subscription. For your trial period, you will be asked to enter your credit card details, however no charge will be made. 3 days before the trial period expires we will contact you by mail. During the trial period you can cancel at any time. Free trials are applicable to new Nebula DataBridge customers only.
PAID SUBSCRIPTION
Once you decide to subscribe, we need you to provide your credit card details, and subscription period – however, we will not charge you immediately after submitting your details, but upon the end of your free trial. We do not offer refunds on already processed payments – this policy is the same for all customers – and you are responsible for all charges in your subscription.
CANCELING THE LICENSE
You can cancel your license at any time in the Control Panel under Account tab. After canceling, your license(s) will continue to work for the remaining subscription period. Credit from previous payments will be lost and is not refundable.
